Review: The Big Secret at Salvage Station
Back at Salvage Station on June 11, "The Big Secret” family festival was a fantastic and inclusive musical event that catered to a wide range of audiences. With performers like the Firecracker Jazz Band, Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, and Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, attendees were treated to a range of musical genres and styles.
In addition to the main stage performances, the event offered an indoor stage that featured a variety of activities suitable for all ages. From puppet shows and magic demonstrations to circus acts and Cherokee storytelling, there was something for everyone to enjoy and engage with.
The inclusion of Sun Soo martial arts demonstrations during the breaks between main stage performances added another exciting element to the event as these talented folks showcased their impressive skills, providing additional entertainment for the crowd.
One notable aspect of this event is that all profits went to Beloved Asheville, making it not only a celebration of music and entertainment, but also a charitable endeavor aimed at supporting the local community.
Overall, "The Big Secret” was a successful and memorable event that brought people together, celebrated local talent, and provided an enjoyable experience for attendees of all ages.
